A MESSAGE FROM THE SCHOOL NURSE: 

All incoming 12th-grade students need a second dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV) on the first day of school, or risk exclusion from school as the provisional period for vaccination compliance is 5 days. Documentation that your child received this vaccination or a letter of exemption must be on file in the nurse’s office prior to the first day of school.

All students entering 11th grade need a physical exam by a health care provider, please provide a copy of your child’s physical exam to the school nurse as soon as possible.
