Charter Arts Families, including parents/guardians and students, are invited to join the school social worker, Laura Sarmir, on Thursday January 25th for a Mental Health and Hot Chocolate Night! This event will begin at 6:30 PM and will take place in the Commons Cafe.
The session will include mental health strategies, resources and relaxing activities for anxiety, depression, and stress management. Warm beverages and sweets will be available. Please RSVP HERE.
