Foundation holds event at Bethlehem House Gallery

The Charter Arts Foundation held a lite reception at the Bethlehem House Gallery to support its closing reception for the Summer Show.  Two Charter Arts alumni, Jessica Bastidas and Arturo Cabrera, had installations in the show.
