Ms. Nolt loves her job in the special education department after teaching in the former figure skating program for nine years. In her lengthy career as a skating competitor, performer, and coach, Ms. Nolt has worked with children of all ages, abilities, and temperaments in various environments. She is currently pursuing her certification and master’s degree in special education through DeSales University.
Being a mom to a daughter with special needs also inspired her to pursue special education and bring the parent perspective to the role. Ms. Nolt’s background includes extensive study in music theory, piano, ballet and French, as well as several years in radio and television news. She has a bachelor’s degree in English-Communications from Albright College.
