Mrs. Harr graduated from Cedar Crest College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and later a Masters degree in Elementary School Counseling from Kutztown University. Previously, Mrs. Harr worked in the Quakertown Community School District at the middle school level in English and Learning Support for 7 years. She is excited to be joining Charter Arts in the Seminar Department supporting 9th grade students as they transition into high school.
